What AI Says About You Is An Answer You Can Change

Know what AI sees. Identify what is shaping the answer. Build the evidence that deserves to define you.

Reputation Intelligence is a credit report for your business reputation. It measures what the AI systems your buyers use actually say about your company, names the sources shaping those answers, and builds the evidence that closes the gap. Every month, on the record.

The Reputation Gap

The strongest proof does not always control the answer

Most companies we work with have already built the thing worth talking about. Awards, thousands of finished jobs, a workplace people stay at, a growth record. The risk is not that the proof is missing. It is that the proof is scattered, and scattered proof loses.

Search engines and AI systems assemble their answers from what they can retrieve. Forums, complaint pages, review platforms, employer sites, your own pages, news coverage and third-party authority all compete to shape the conclusion. One vivid negative post can carry more weight than a decade of good work when the good work is fragmented, out of date, or hard to connect to the question being asked.

The market may know your name while AI still lacks enough organized evidence to understand the truth about your company.

AI findability was not part of anybody's original go-to-market plan. It is now the layer that decides whether awareness turns into trust, and whether trust turns into a call.

How It Works

A closed loop, not a content calendar

Nothing gets published because a calendar said so. Every piece answers something we measured.

The Monthly Loop

Scroll for all five

01

Measure

We ask the AI systems your buyers use the questions that decide whether somebody hires you, and we record exactly what came back and what it was built from.

02

Diagnose

Every answer is classified. A factual error is not the same problem as a thin proof base, and the two do not get the same response.

03

Capture

We go and get the evidence that is missing. Leadership interviews, employee and customer proof, community work, operational detail, the things that exist inside the company and nowhere a machine can read them.

04

Publish

Around twenty targeted articles a month, each one written against a documented finding rather than a topic list, and each one built to be retrievable.

05

Re-measure

The same questions, asked again, next month. Movement is the number that matters, and it is the one we report whether it went the way we wanted or not.

What You Receive

Observable and manageable, not a vague marketing concern

The Monthly Report

An executive dashboard built around your ten highest-value affirmation searches: what each one currently returns, what moved, and what it is costing you.

Source Influence Map

Which platforms, pages, reviews and third-party records are shaping the answers about you, ranked by how often they are actually read.

The Issue System

Every finding classified and prioritised: factual inaccuracy, source imbalance, negative narrative exposure, evidence gap, and opportunity. Each one with an owner and a next action.

About Twenty Articles

Targeted pieces produced in response to the intelligence, not to a topic quota. Each one answers a documented finding on one of your measured questions.

Evidence Development

Ongoing leadership, employee, customer, culture, community and operational proof, captured with permission and turned into something a machine can retrieve and cite.

The 30/60/90 View

What changed, what became findable, and what has to be addressed next. Understand in the first thirty days, improve in the next thirty, prove it in the last thirty.

Affirmation Search Scorecard

What does each high-intent question currently return? Status, movement and risk level across the measured set.

Source Influence Map

Who or what is shaping the answer? Ranked source types and the pages that keep turning up inside them.

Smoke-Chaser Watchlist

Which negative narratives are gaining visibility? Forum, review and complaint issues that need evidence or an operational answer.

Trust Gap Register

Where does the online story conflict with your full record? The issue, the evidence needed, the owner and the next action.

Findability Trend

Are you becoming easier for AI and search to understand? A directional read, with the evidence growth behind it.

Editorial Response Plan

What should be published next? The month's content calendar, every row traced back to the finding that called for it.

Executive Review

What changed and what matters now? A short set of decisions and the priorities for the next thirty days.

Where we hold verified evidence you get a number and the reasoning behind it. Where we do not, you get the words "Insufficient Evidence" and a way to close the gap. There is no version of this report that invents a score to fill a space.

The Coverage Ladder

Own your own name before you go after anyone else's

Coverage widens as the evidence underneath it becomes durable. A company cannot take a competitor's traffic before it owns the answer to its own name.

Stage One

The Foundational Ten

Ten questions every business has to be able to answer: trust, legitimacy, price and value, complaints, warranty, customer experience, employer brand, culture, leadership and what makes you different. The set is defined. The exact wording and your market variants are confirmed with you. Every article in this window responds to a documented finding on one of the ten.

Stage Two

Fifteen More

Fifteen additional searches join the monthly audit, taking the measured set to twenty-five. You choose what gets targeted: service lines, geographic markets, the objection you hear every week, the question recruits ask. We pair those with the highest-risk gaps the first stage surfaced. The foundational ten stay measured every month regardless.

Stage Three

The Competitive Track

One against one and group comparison pieces begin targeting the searches currently answered in somebody else's favour. The objective shifts from defending your name to taking the traffic. This opens only once your own name-based answers are stable across the platforms we measure.

Stages advance on evidence, not on the calendar alone. A term that regresses goes back into active production whatever stage you are on, and a newly unlocked term enters the issue register with the same owner and due-date discipline as everything else.

What We Will Not Promise

The boundaries, stated first

  • We do not control what an AI system says. We measure it, we build the evidence that should inform it, and we report what actually moved.
  • We do not guarantee a position, a ranking, a score or a specific answer. Anybody who does is guessing on your behalf.
  • Participation in this program does not buy a Power100 ranking, and it never will. Editorial and ranking decisions stay separate from it.
  • Where the evidence is not there, the report says so rather than filling the space with a number.
  • Some problems are not communication problems. When an issue needs an operational fix, we escalate it instead of writing around it.

All of that is written down, in full, and it is not hidden behind a signature.
