What happens to your answer when you record one. Please read it before you start.
PowerAsk asks you a few short questions. You answer them by recording yourself on video or audio, in your own words, on your own phone or computer. Your company invited you, and Power100 runs the tool.
Taking part is voluntary. You can skip any question you do not want to answer. You can stop at any point and close the page. Nothing is sent until you send it.
You record each answer yourself, and you watch or listen to it before it goes anywhere. If you do not like it, re-record it. Nothing reaches us until you choose to submit it.
When you submit an answer, you grant Power100 and the company that invited you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, store, edit, excerpt, transcribe, translate, publish and distribute that answer, along with your name, your voice, your likeness and any photos you add, in articles, reports, presentations, social posts and marketing.
We may edit for length and clarity. We will not edit in a way that changes what you meant.
We credit you by name unless you ask us not to. If you would rather be quoted without your name, email [email protected] and tell us.
Power100 reads every answer. So does the leadership of the company that invited you. Your answers are not anonymous to them.
Answers are transcribed and analyzed with AI tools so we can pull out themes and quotes. Those tools process what you record, including your voice and your image.
Anything we publish is public once it is published.
If you add a photo, you are confirming that you have the right to share it and that everyone in it has agreed to it being used and published this way. Do not upload a photo of someone who has not agreed, and do not upload a photo of a child.
You can withdraw at any time. Email [email protected] and say you want your answers withdrawn. We will stop using them in anything new.
What is already published may stay published. We cannot pull back a printed report, a post someone has shared, or an article that is already out in the world.
You are not paid for taking part, and you are not owed anything for how your answer is used.
PowerAsk is for adults. By recording an answer you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
