4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. SMS & Phone Communications

By providing your phone number and completing SMS verification on TPX, you consent to receive:

You may opt out of non-essential SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Verification-related messages are required for platform access and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your platform activity.

6. PowerAsk Recordings & Photos

PowerAsk asks employees and customers a few short questions, and they answer by recording themselves on video or audio. If you record an answer, this is what happens to it.

What we collect: the video or audio you record, the transcript of it, your name, the email address or phone number the invitation went to, the company that invited you, which questions you answered, and any photo you choose to add.

Where it is stored: recordings, photos and transcripts are stored in Power100 cloud storage and in our database, with access restricted to the people named below.

AI transcription and analysis: recordings are transcribed automatically and analyzed with AI tools so we can find themes and pull quotes. Those tools process your voice and your image.

Who can see them: Power100 staff, and the leadership of the company that invited you. Your answers are not anonymous to them. Anything we publish becomes public.

Retention: we keep recordings and transcripts while the inviting company’s program runs with us, and afterwards as our record of what was published. Ask us to delete yours and we will, except for anything already published.

Recording is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time. The full release is in the PowerAsk Participant Terms.

7. Rankings & Reputation Data About Businesses

To build the Power100 rankings and the Reputation Intelligence reports, we collect and hold data about businesses:

This is information about companies rather than about consumers. Where a business name is also a person’s name, or where a review names an individual, we treat that part as personal information and handle it under this policy.

We share a business’s own data back to that business, in its dashboard and in its reports, once it has claimed and verified the listing. We work with a rankings data partner that processes this data alongside us under contract. We do not sell it.

8. Claims & Verification

When you claim a business on a Power100 ranking, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number, the business you are claiming and your role in it.

We use it to verify that you have the authority to speak for that business, to open your dashboard, and to contact you about the claim. Verification means sending a code or a sign-in link to the email address or phone number you gave us, and we log when that verification happened.

9. The AI Concierge

Conversations with the Power100 AI concierge are stored and linked to your account. A person at Power100 may read them, to check the answers and to follow up on what you asked for.

Your messages are processed by AI providers so the concierge can answer. Please do not put sensitive personal information into a concierge conversation.

When you ask the concierge for an appointment, a demo or a call, your name, your contact details and what you asked for are routed to Power100 staff, and a person follows up with you. Nothing is booked until we confirm it.
