The agreement for Power100 Local claims, the Power Tier, Authority Management and the monthly report.
Your subscription renews by itself, and the charges continue until you cancel.
What renews. The Power Tier renews once a year. Power100 Authority Management renews once a month. Each renewal is charged to the payment method you gave us, at the fee stated at checkout or in your order form.
How to cancel. Cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] and saying you want to cancel. We confirm within one business day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep your access until then.
Price changes. If the renewal price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to.
Reputation Intelligence is how Power100 measures what the market and the AI systems say about your business, tells you what we found, and works on it with you. It covers four things:
Fees are as stated at checkout or in your order form. The Power Tier is billed annually. Authority Management is billed monthly.
We measure AI findability: whether AI systems name your business when someone asks a question your business should be the answer to. We observe that across systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Mode. We also use PowerConfidence, our own score built from customer and partner feedback, and public data such as reviews, listings and web presence.
Every measurement is a point-in-time observation of a system we do not control. Those systems are owned by other companies. They change their models, their data and their answers whenever they like, without telling us and without telling you. The same question can get a different answer an hour later, from a different account, in a different city, on a different device.
So a number in your report describes what we saw when we ran it, on the date on the report. It is evidence, not a guarantee, and it can move between runs for reasons that have nothing to do with your business or with our work.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any AI or search company named here. We use their public products the way anyone else can.
We never promise:
What we do promise is the work and the truth about it: we run the measurements, we show you what we found, and we tell you what we did. Anyone who promises you a result in someone else’s AI system is guessing.
Articles, reports and evidence published under this program are Power100 editorial. We choose the topics, the wording, the framing and the timing, within the scope of the program you bought.
You can tell us what matters to you, correct a fact, and flag something you would rather we not print. We listen. But we decide what gets published, and we may decline to publish or may edit anything.
We will not publish a claim we cannot support. If you want us to say your business is the biggest, the fastest or the best at something, we need evidence we can stand behind. Without it, we will say something true instead.
Published work is public by nature. Once an article is out, it stays out, and we are not obliged to remove it if you leave the program.
You agree to:
If you approve something and it turns out to be untrue, that is on you, and section 13 of the Terms of Service applies.
To run this service we hold data about your business: rankings data, review data, public web data, and our own observations of what AI systems say about you. We share it back with you in your dashboard and in your reports.
We work with a rankings data partner that processes this data alongside us. Business data of this kind is largely public information about a company, not personal information about a consumer, but where personal information is involved the Privacy Policy governs it.
Aggregate and anonymized measurements, the kind that never identify one business, stay with Power100 and inform our rankings and our research.
Fees. You pay the fee stated at checkout or in your order form. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, where they apply, are added.
Cadence. The Power Tier bills once a year. Power100 Authority Management bills once a month.
Automatic renewal. Both renew automatically at the end of each paid period, and we keep charging your payment method until you cancel. Keep your card details current. If a charge fails, we may pause your access until it clears.
How to cancel. Email [email protected] and say you want to cancel. We confirm within one business day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds. We do not refund the period you have already paid for, except where the law requires it. You keep your access until that period ends.
Price changes. We may change the price. We will tell you at least 30 days before the renewal the new price applies to, so you can cancel first if you want to.
We will not name you as a client of Power100 in our marketing without your consent.
That is separate from the work itself. Articles, rankings, reports and media published under this program are public by nature, and publishing them is the product you bought.
We may end this agreement immediately, without refund, if you give us information you know is false, ask us to publish something we cannot support, claim a business you do not have the authority to claim, misuse Power100 marks or rankings, break the Terms of Service, or do something that would damage the credibility of the Power100 rankings.
You may end this agreement for cause if we fail to deliver the program and do not fix it within 30 days of your written notice to [email protected].
When this agreement ends, your dashboard access ends at the end of the paid period. Published work stays published.
The Terms of Service apply to this program too, including the disclaimers, the limitation of liability, indemnification, and Florida governing law and venue. Where this agreement and the Terms of Service say different things about Reputation Intelligence, this agreement controls.
