Before Channel Automation, Vic served as Vice President of Client Services at Reborn Cabinets, one of the nation’s largest home remodeling brands. Earlier in his career he held roles as Chief Innovation Officer at A1 Construction and Designs. His personal philosophy, a Kaizen-driven prevention strategy, drives his belief that continuous improvement in process is what separates companies that scale from those that stall.
