By accessing or using any Power100 platform — including power100.io, The Power100 Experience (TPX), the Inner Circle portal, PowerChat episodes, contributor landing pages, and related media properties (collectively, the “Platform”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Power100 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Power100 is a verified third-party authority, media, and recognition platform designed to position select companies and strategic partners as trusted leaders within the residential home improvement and strategic partner ecosystem.
The Platform provides:
All Authority Partners must meet and maintain Power100 qualification standards:
All Authority Partners receive quarterly evaluation checks to ensure continued alignment with Power100 standards, preservation of collective authority and credibility, and ongoing value for all participating partners.
Power100 reserves the right to review or revoke participation if standards are not maintained.
Authority Contributors produce two (2) authority articles per month, aligned with leadership, growth, partnerships, strategy, and industry insight. Articles may be written by the Partner or in collaboration with the Power100 editorial team and are published across Power100 media and distribution channels.
Each quarter, Authority Partners may participate in PowerChat, hosted by Greg Cummings, CEO of Power100. Each episode highlights the impact a Partner has had on a featured client’s business, including measurable results, partnership value, and industry insights. Both Partner and participating clients receive earned media exposure through this process.
Each PowerChat episode includes a structured media and distribution campaign featuring a four (4) week multi-platform distribution, long-form and short-form content, and two (2) to four (4) press releases written by Power100 staff writers.
Authority Partner program participation is month-to-month at the agreed rate of $2,500 per month. Either party may cancel with fourteen (14) days written notice. Payments are due monthly via credit card.
All content produced under the Authority Program may be used by:
Power100 maintains editorial and publishing standards across all platforms. Content published on the Platform remains subject to Power100’s editorial oversight to ensure credibility and platform integrity.
Users retain ownership of original content they submit (articles, bios, testimonials) but grant Power100 a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and promote such content in connection with the Platform.
Authority Partners receive a personalized Power100 Authority Bio and Verified Landing Page serving as a permanent third-party validation hub. This page includes:
The Authority Bio page may be used for sales credibility, recruiting, strategic partnerships, speaking positioning, marketing integration, and AI search validation. Power100 maintains editorial oversight of all landing page content.
Certain Platform features require account registration. You agree to:
Power100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform integrity.
TPX provides AI-driven contractor matching, business profiling, and partner recommendations. By using TPX, you consent to:
Phone verification via SMS is required for TPX participation. Opting in to verification constitutes consent to receive platform communications.
The Inner Circle is a premium membership program within the Power100 ecosystem. Inner Circle members are subject to these Terms plus any additional membership terms provided upon enrollment. Membership benefits, pricing, and access levels are as described on the Inner Circle portal.

Through consistent third-party publishing, earned media, and industry recognition, Partners build verified authority signals, AI search credibility, market trust validation, and long-term digital authority footprint.
As search increasingly shifts toward AI-driven discovery platforms, authority signals generated through trusted third-party platforms influence how companies are surfaced and recommended.
You agree not to:
The Power100 name, logo, rankings, scoring systems (including PowerConfidence), platform design, and all associated media are the intellectual property of Power100. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Authority Partners may reference their Power100 recognition and link to their Verified Landing Page in marketing materials, subject to Power100 brand guidelines.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Power100 is not liable for:
In no event shall Power100’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Power100 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power100, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
